How much does the return cost me?

The cost is the same as regular shipping, 5 € which will be deducted from your final refund.

How do I return an item?

Follow this link and add your tracking number or order number along with your zip code. The platform will guide you in a quick and easy way. You will be able to drop off the package at the nearest post office collection point without having to print the label.

How do I have to return the product?

Products should be handled and stored with care and returned in their original condition and packaging, as far as possible, with all the original labels. If you wish to exchange the Products for a different size or color, please return the items and place a new order.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

What is the deadline for a return?

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. This year we are extending the deadline to 10 January for purchases made after 5 December.

When and how will I receive the amount of my return?

When delivering the parcel to the logistics points (the items must be in perfect condition and properly folded, without signs of use and keep all the labels as they were sent), you will receive the refund in the same payment method you used to place your order within a maximum period of 6 working days.

TANTÄ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the above conditions.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

Can I make an exchange?

If you want to exchange an item you have to return the item you received and make a new purchase.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us via email at

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and payment in installments with scalapay.

"If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, the related parties and their beneficiaries and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale and purchase."

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you will be able to apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before paying. Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box and click on the "apply code" button to have it applied to your order.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.

Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.

How do I know that I have made a successful purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive, within 24 hours maximum, an email confirmation of your purchase with the reference of your order and details of the items included in that order. If you do not receive it, please contact us via email at

You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery days (working days) from the departure of the package from our warehouse are:

  • 2-3 days at home and 4-5 days at delivery point to Spain peninsula
  • 3-5 days to your home address and 6-7 days to delivery point in Spain Balearic Islands
  • 3-6 days to home address and 6-7 days to delivery point to EU countries.

    Items will be shipped within one working day of order placement.

    These delivery times do not take into account force majeure causes not attributable to TANTÄ.

    Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

    How much does delivery cost?


    Shipping costs 5 € and with Mondial relay 4 €. 2.5 € on purchases over 79 € and free with Mondial relay.

    Purchases over 100 € free of charge
